运用听觉口语法规范听障儿童个别化训练 被引量:6

The Application of Auditory-Verbal Therapy in the Standardization of Individualized Training for Hearing-impaired Children

摘要 听障儿童是有特殊需要的儿童,克服听力障碍、发展听说能力、提高全面素质是听障儿童康复的主要任务。如何发展听障儿童的听说能力,使其畅通无阻地与人沟通、交流学习,参与社会,是听障儿童康复专业人员一直努力探索的问题。全面康复模式提出了听障儿童听觉言语训练规范化和专业化的要求,并将听觉口语法作为听觉言语个别化训练的主要方法,本文旨在分析听障儿童康复机构在全面康复理念的指导下选择运用听觉口语法规范个别化训练的背景、策略及面临的挑战。 Children with hearing impairment often have special needs. The rehabilitation professionals should help them overcome hearing problems, develop auditory and speech abilities and then improve overall qualities. Thus, a critical problem is how to improve the auditory and speech abilities of hearing-impaired children so that they can communicate with other people and participate in society. The total rehabilitation model proposes the requirements on the standardization and professionalism of auditory and speech training and advises to choose auditory-verbal therapy as the principal method in individualized teaching. This article aims to analyze the background, strategies and challenges when applying the auditory-verbal therapy in the standardization of individual training under the guidance of total rehabilitation concept.
