摘要
用氰酸钠替代光气用于农药合成是较有前途的绿色生产工艺。光气是非常危险的化学气体,在很多国家已经禁止或限制其使用。随着绿色化学时代的到来,寻找替代光气的清洁生产途径当务之急,用氰酸钠替代光气用于农药合成具有安全性高、收率和质量高、三废少的优势。
The synthesis of pesticide with sodium cyanate to alternate the phosgene is green production process. Phosgene is a very dangerous chemical gases, and in many countries have banned or restricted its use. The clean production approach is imperative to find alternative phosgene with the arrival of the era of green chemistry. The use of sodium cyanate for the synthesis of pesticide to alternate phosgene has the advantages high safety, high yield and quality, and waste less.
