摘要
从接近工业灰铸铁实际凝固过程的角度出发,提出了数值模拟其凝固组织的一套方法,其中主要包括枝晶奥氏体生长过程体积分数的计算以及晶粒接触因素的处理.该方法经以样杯中浇注的试块为对象进行实验验证,模拟得到的冷却曲线、奥氏体分数及共晶团密度均与实测结果符合较好.
In order to approach the real solidification process of commercial gray cast iron, a new method for modeling the formation of solidified structure was established, which includes mainly the calculation of dendritic austenite volume and handling of grain impingement. Reliability of the method was verified by means of applying it in a cup specimen. It is shown that the modeling results, which consisted of the cooling curve, volume of dendritic austenite and density of cells, are basically coincident with those measured in experiment.
