摘要
通过理论分析得出了煤气热值下降和陶瓷燃烧器的结构不合理是导致套筒式陶瓷燃烧器能力不足的主要原因 ,模型实验证明了燃烧器的结构是其主要因素。实验表明 ,该燃烧器空气通道系统的阻力明显偏大、空煤气通道阻力不匹配、煤气出口速度分布和空煤气混合气流分布极其不均 ,混合效果不理想。理论分析和模型实验为新设计陶瓷燃烧器指明了方向。
The unrational structure of ceramic burner and the reduction of gas thermal value lead to its deficiency in capacity is demonstrated by theory analysis and model experiment.It is shown that the pressure loss of air piping system is very high;the pressure loss of air piping system is not mating with gas piping system;the velocity distribution of gas outlet and the distribution of gas and air mixture are not even;the mixture of gas and air is not uniform.Direction of the new design of ceramic burner is pointed out by theory analysis and model experiment.
