功能化葡聚糖用于三维细胞培养及发展前景 被引量:3

摘要 传统的在二维表面的细胞生长和操纵方法已经被证实在细胞生物学、生物化学和药物检测方面存在不足。随着材料化学、材料制造和加工技术的进步,使得三维细胞培养基质的设计具有更好的几何尺寸、化学性质和天然细胞外基质的信号环境。在本文中,我们研究了目前三维细胞培养基质的现状,并从材料性能、制造、功能方面进行分析,特别强调的是葡聚糖材料用于三维细胞培养,介绍了多种改性葡聚糖三维细胞培养基质。最后概述了这一领域面临的挑战和未来几年的发展前景。
