摘要
前期物业招投标是保障广大业主利益的重要举措。本文通过分析当前前期物业招投标中存在的诸多不规范现象,并针对问题提出了相应的对策,旨在引起各相关主体的重视,不断规范前期物业招投标工作,将招投标工作真真正正落在实处。
It's a very important means of guaranting the benefit of most proprietors with the application of pre-stage of property management's bidding.With analysing so many problems in pre-property manangement's bidding,some countermeasures are put forward in order to casue each subject taking it seriously and improving the regulaerization constantly.
