摘要
快速电火花线切割加工中的工艺参数模型是非常复杂,难以用常用的数学方法进行处理.该文利用BP网络通过对大量学习样本的学习,成功地反映了工艺参数模型,有效地映射了加工工件参数和加工工艺参数之间的复杂非线性关系.
The parameter model of FWEDM is very sophisticated and is difficulty in identification with normal mathematics method. The paper introduces a technologic parameter model by applying BP neural network. Based on sample learning, the new model efficiently determinates the sophisticated nonlinear relation between the parameters of machining work piece and parameters.
