摘要
目的探讨精益管理在手术室腹腔镜设备管理中的应用效果。方法建立操作流程,实施5S管理,并进行四级质量控制。结果腹腔镜手术设备缺陷和护士操作缺陷发生率下降(P<0.01),手术医生满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论精益管理促进了手术室腹腔镜设备规范化管理,提高设备完好率,有利于提高手术效率和安全性。
Objective To explore the application and effects of lean management in laparoscopic equipment management in operating room. Methods Measures included establishing operation process,implementing 5S management and four levels of quality control. Results The incidences of equip- ment defects of laparoscopic operation and nurses operating defects were reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the satisfaction of operation doctors was improved ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Application of lean management can promote standardized management of laparoscopic equipment,increase the serviceability rate of e- quipment, and improve the operation efficiency and safety.
