植入式酶传感器标签数字控制电路设计

Digital Control Processor Design in an Implantable Bio-Sensor RFID Tag

摘要 给出了一个应用于植入式集成酶传感器的无源高频射频识别标签的数字控制处理器设计.数字控制处理器根据ISO/IEC 15693协议设计,同时兼容Hummingbird加密算法,并且实现了一种新颖的测试微弱电流的数字控制方法.仿真结果显示,通过数字控制,传感器接口电路可以测量10fA~100pA的微弱电流. A low-voltage,low-power digital control processor for implantable biosensor RFID tags is presented.It is compatible with the 'ISO/IEC 15693: 2000,IDT',and hummingbird cryptographic algorithm.It also meets the special requirement of control logic for weak current detection.Simulation results show that the system can measure weak current signals in the range of 10fA—100pA.
