摘要
配电网负荷及分布式电源出力呈现明显的时序特性,文中对负荷和分布式电源的典型时序特性进行了分析,以配电网损耗、停电损失为目标,考虑时序特性和多场景提出了多目标分布式电源选址定容规划模型,给出了场景和场景权重的确定方法。应用遗传算法进行求解,采用多段染色体编码方式,根据节点视在功率二阶精确矩处理不可行解,有效地提高了优化效率。IEEE 69节点系统仿真结果证实了时序特性对分布式电源的选址定容有很大影响,验证了所提出模型和方法的可行性和有效性。
With the time-sequence characteristics of load and distributed generation output taken into consideration,a novel method is presented for locating and sizing of distributed generation in the distribution network.The planning objectives include the distribution network loss and reliability.A scenario technology is used for developing the model according to the time-sequence characteristics of load and distributed generation output under different seasons and weather conditions.The genetic algorithm is applied to solving the multi-objective optimization planning,and a multi-segment chromosome coding and apparent power accurate moment are used to improve the searching efficiency.Simulation results of an IEEE 69-node system show that the time-sequence characteristics greatly influence the distribution generation planning,proving the feasibility and efficiency of the method proposed.In addition,with wind and photovoltaic power combined,the investment is reduced and the economic and technological indices of the distribution network are improved.
