摘要
实验室资质认定评审是政府规范第三方检验(测)活动的一种法定行为,结合高校实验室工作实际,在高校实验室建设管理过程中引入实验室资质认定评审理念具有现实必要性及可行性。按照对实验室资质认定评审准则中管理要求和技术要求的理解,对评审表中条款进行了比较分析,例举了该准则在教学实验室管理中的应用实践。该研究成果对高校实验室建设管理具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
The accreditation of laboratory is a legal act of the government to standardized third party inspection.According to the requirement of the laboratory,the introduction of the accreditation and evaluation conception into the construction process of university laboratories is both necessary and feasible.Based on the comprehensive application for its management requirements and technical demands,the rules of accreditation are comparatively analyzed and practical applications of the rules in the lab are enumerated.Research results in this paper have an important practical significance for the construction and administration of laboratories in universities.
