日本薯蓣的组培快繁及块茎诱导 被引量:3

摘要 以药用植物日本薯蓣(Dioscorea japonica Thunb.)的带节茎段为外植体,研究了不同激素组合对其不定芽诱导和增殖及块茎诱导的影响。结果表明,MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+AC 0.15%(蔗糖3%)为日本薯蓣丛生芽诱导和增殖的最佳培养基;MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+AC0.15%(蔗糖3%)可诱导其生根和块茎的形成。 The effects of different plant hormone combination on induction of adventitious bud and tuber of medi- cal plant Dioscorea japonica Thtmb were investigated with the explants of young steins. The results showed that the appropriate culture medium for multiple shoot clumps formation and multiplication was MS basal culture medium supplemented with 6-BA 2.0 mg/K NAA 0.5 mg/L and active carbon 0.15% (396 sucrose). The optimal medium for root regeneration and tuber formation was MS culture medium added with 6-BA 1.0 mg/I, NAA 0.1 mg/L and active carbon 0.15% (3% sucrose).
