苹果酱是人们生活中经常食用的食品,对丰富人们的生活具有重要作用。在介绍传统苹果酱加工工艺的基础上,根据多年的教学与生产实践,对苹果酱的加工工艺和质量进行改进,收到了良好效果。
The applesauce is regular food in people's lives. This article offers a brief introduction to traditional processing techniques of applesauce and consequently the author expounds on the methods to improve the processing techniques and quality of applesauce based on years' of teaching experience and practical production.
