摘要
用凝胶阶段胶膜上的划痕愈合情况评价改性固化剂的相对固化速度。通过比较固化速度,对合成硫脲改性三乙烯四胺环氧树脂固化剂的反应温度、原料配比、反应时间、转速对其固化性能的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,反应温度140℃、n三乙烯四胺∶n硫脲=1.4∶1、反应时间为3h、转速三乙烯四胺硫脲为280r/min合成的改性固化剂具有较高的固化活性。该固化剂可在-5℃固化环氧树脂,固化144h胶膜硬度可达0.939。
The relative curing speed of modified curing geling stage.Through comparing of the relative curing agent is appraised by union state of film coating scoring in speed,the effects of reaction temperature,raw material proportion,reaction time and rotational speed during synthesis of the modified triethlenetetralnine epoxy resin curing agent with sulfourea on the curing results were studied.The results showed that when reaction temperature is 140℃,molar ratio of triethylenetetramine and sulfourea equcals to 1.4:1,rotational speed is 280 r/min and reacting time is three hours,the modified curing agent has higher curing activity. This modified curing agent can cure the epoxy resins at -5℃ and after 144 hours the hardness of cured coating can be up to 0.939.
