民族地区经济增长与结构偏离—份额分析——以甘南藏族自治州为例

Share Analysis on Regional Economic Growth and Structural Shift——Take Gannan Tibetan as an Example

运用偏离-份额分析模型对甘南藏族自治州产业结构进行了分析,得出该地区三次产业均为分享性增长部门,并且只有第一产业处于结构优势地位,二、三产业均处于结构劣势地位;短期比较分析发现,该地区第一产业的结构优势越来越明显,第二产业由结构优势转变为结构劣势,但第二产业的竞争力优势在逐渐凸显,第三产业处于结构劣势地位,但竞争力优势却始终很明显。

Analysis of the industrial structure of Gannan Tibetan by using shift-share model showed that three industries are sharing growth sector with primary industry at dominant position,secondary and tertiary industries at disadvantage in the structure.From short-term comparison analysis,the primary industry's advantage is more and more obvious,the secondary industry change from the structural advantages to structural disadvantage but the competitive advantage is increasing,the tertiary industry is in the structural disadvantage but competitive advantage is always very obvious.
