摘要
不可讳言,教师专业发展事业受到了来自教学一线教师的阻抗。究其原因,我们不能否认理论界对教师专业发展内涵的众说纷纭、教育行政主管部门对教师专业发展模式的指手画脚以及一线教师自身专业发展进程中的自我迷失。文章试图从伦理关怀取向的教师专业发展观弘扬方面析解教师专业发展过程中存在的阻抗现象,透视和解构其背后的原因,提出消解危机的方法和策略,以有效促进教师专业发展事业的兴旺发达。
Can not be denied, the cause of teachers' professional development is suffering impedance from the teachers of first '-line.The three reasons caused it:The divergent views of the theoretical circles on the connotation of. teachers' professional development, Meddling of the administrative department of education for teachers' professional development model, As well as the loss of self in the process for the teachers' professional development. This paper attempts to analysis the impedance phenomena existing in the process of the teacher' s professional development from the aspect of promoting the preference for ethical concern on the teachers' professional development,fluoroscopic and deconstruct the reason behind them, put forward the methods and strategies of digesting the crisis, in order to effectively promote the prosperity for the cause of teachers' professional development.
