高职教育基于文化发展的新思路

The New Ideas Based on the Cultural Development of Higher Vocational Education

我国高职教育经过规模发展阶段转入内涵式发展阶段,不仅要完善物质层面和制度层面的发展,更应该重视文化层面的发展,使高职教育形成其特有的教育特色,发挥高职教育服务经济、引领科技、创新文化的使命。当前,我国高职教育仍存在一定的文化发展缺陷,通过阐述高职教育文化发展的阻碍因素,提出了基于文化发展的新思路。

Higher vocational education in China has transferred to the stage of development of the connotation from the large-scale development stage. Therefore, it should not only improve the material aspects of development and institutional level, but also put emphasis on the cultural development to form the unique characteristics of higher vocational education. Higher vocational education should carry out the mission of serving economy, leading technology and innovating culture. However, there are still some cultural development defects in higher vocational education in China. Through describing the culture obstacles in the development of higher vocational education, the author aims to put forward some new ideas based on cultural development
