CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞异常表达与血液疾病的关系

摘要 1995年，日本学者Sakaguchi等首次分离出^＋调节性T细胞（regulatory T cells，Tregs），发现其是一群具有独特免疫调节功能的T细胞亚群，可通过细胞直接接触或分泌抑制性细胞因子来发挥免疫负调节作用。
