摘要
随着自动控制技术的发展,可编程控制器(以下简称PLC)在工业控制中的应用日益广泛,让工程技术人员和工科学生熟练掌握一种先进的PLC程序设计方法是非常必要的。本文以SIEMENS公司的S7-200 PLC为例,从顺序功能图入手,介绍了PLC编程中顺序控制设计法的编程思想,通过实例分别运用起停保电路模式、置位/复位指令编程方法、顺序控制指令编程方法和移位寄存器指令编程方法阐述将顺序功能图转换为梯形图的具体过程,并对各种方法的特点进行分析。结果表明其对较快掌握PLC顺序控制程序的设计有较好的指导和借鉴作用。
Programmable logical controller (PLC) has been extensively used in the industry control due to the development of the automatic control technology. It is necessary to master advance programming method of PLC for engineers, technicians and engineering students. In the paper, the ideal of the sequence control method is presented through the sequence function chart on PLC of S7-200. The Converting process of sequence function chart to ladder diagram is introduced by using the model of begin-stop, method of rest-set instructions, sequence control method and method of shift register instructions. Moreover, the theme characteristics are analyzed. The sequence control method is available to quickly master PLC programming.
