Microscopic Character Comparative Identification of Folium Perillae and Its Counterfeits

目的:对目前市场上流通的紫苏子及其混伪品进行真伪对比鉴别。方法:采用显微镜结合电脑软件,对紫苏子及其混伪品表面的细微特征进行观察、拍摄,并采用中药微性状鉴定法进行真伪鉴别。结果:紫苏子及其变种回回苏以及白苏子之间的差异较小,主要根据网眼大小和白色小锥样突起的密集程度不同进行鉴别。而紫苏子与其伪品之间的差异较大,主要鉴别点有:网眼大小、表面是否存在向上凸起的网脊以及是否存在腺鳞。结论:紫苏子及其混伪品的微性状特征可以作为鉴别真伪的参考性状之一。

Objective： To indentify comparatively Folium Perillae and its counterfeits. Methods： The superficial microscopic character of Folium Perillae and its counterfeits were observed by microscope combined with computer soft, and were identified by Chinese medicine microscopic character identification method. Results： The differences between Perilla fiutescens （ L. ） Britt.. var. acuta （ Thunb. ） Kudo and its variants Perilla frutescens （ L. ） Britt. vat. crlspa （ Thunb. ） Hanc Mazz and PeriUa frutescens （ L. ） Britt were few, and the identification mainly based on the size of the mesh and the massing of small white cone-shaped protuberance. However there were obvious differences between Perilla frutescens （ L. ） Britt.. var. acuta （ Thunb. ） Kudo and its counterfeits, and the major distinguishing features included the size of the mesh, the convex rete ridges existed on the surface, and the glandular scale. Conclusion： The microscopic morphological features of Folium Perillae and its counterfeits can act as the reference for identification.
