摘要 对近红外光谱法在纺织品原料组份定性、定量快速检测领域的应用进行了研究,并介绍了在该领域的其他相关成果。研究成果表明传统方法需要十多小时的检测,近红外光谱法在无须破坏样品的前提下仅需3分钟就能得到检测结果。大量试验验证了近红外光谱法与经典检测方法结果无显著差异,并通过实践应用证明其在纺织品原料组份检测上的可行性和实用性。 This paper studied the application of near - infrared spectroscopy (NIR) on qualitative and quantitative rapid testing of textile, and also introduced the research a-chievements of NIR method in this field. This method cost only 3 minutes for all the detection with sample nondestructive, while the traditional tests need more than ten hours. A lot of verification data showed the equivalence of NIR method to traditional detection method. The feasibility and practical applicability were demonstrated by many actual applications.
