摘要
介绍了汽车同步器的应用背景与要求,论述了汽车同步器的结构组成与工作原理,对SC16M5型变速器进行了同步测试,取得了很好的效果。该综合测试系统的提出为汽车同步器性能的提高具有现实意义。
According to application background and requirements of automobile synchronizer, the author expounded structure and work principle of the synchronizer, and tested SC16M5 transmission, which was obtained excellent effect. Integration test system had practical significance for improving function of automobile synchronizer.
