摘要
简要介绍了模具钢通道偏析形成机理的研究现状,分析了钢水过热度,冷凝速度、钢水纯净度等工艺参数对模具钢通道偏析的影响,讨论了变质剂在改善铸坯通道偏析,细化枝晶结构方面的作用。认为采取提高钢水洁净度、低过热度。
In this paper, the research status of the formation mechanism of channel segregation about die steel is reviewed, the effects of superheat, molten steel condensation rate and steel purity on channel segregation of mold steel billets are analyzed, the modificators' role in improving the slab channels segregation and refinement of the dendrite structure is discussed, and it is concluded that the effective way to reduce the channel segregation in mold steal is taking technical measures such as improving the cleanliness of steel, casting at near liquidus temperature, electromagnetic stirring and optimizing the mold taper parameter.
