摘要
环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷共聚聚醚多元醇是一种性能优异的钻井液用页岩抑制剂、润滑剂、防泥包剂和低温流变调节剂,其无毒、易生物降解。介绍了聚醚多元醇的分子结构、国内外研究现状和中国产品现存质量问题、以及近年来在环境保护、油气层保护、深水钻井、替代油基钻井液、页岩气井钻井等钻井液体系中的应用。建议中国尽快加强钻井液用聚醚多元醇的分子结构设计和产品性能持续改进等方面的研究,以改善现有产品存在的不足,提高产品质量和技术使用标准。
The copolymer polyether polyol synthesized by ethylene oxide and propylene oxide can be used as shale inhibitor,lubricant,anti-balling agent and low-temperature rheology modifier,which also can be biodegraded.The molecular structure,performances,active mechanism,quality problems of products and applications in oil reservoir protection,deep-water drilling,alternative oil based drilling fluid,shale gas drilling are introduced.It is proposed that China should strengthen the molecular structure design and the performance study of that to improve the product qualities and technical standards as soon as possible.
