盖诺加表柔比星治疗乳腺癌晚期临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Navelbine Joint Epirubicin Treatment of Advanced Breast Cancer

目的:观察国产盖诺联合表柔比星治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒性。方法:采用NE方案:盖诺(NVB)30 mg/m2第1、8 d、表柔比星(EPI)50 mg/m2,第1 d,21 d为一周期,至少用2周期。治疗晚期乳腺癌42例,均为复治病例。结果:完全缓解4例,部分缓解20例,总有效率64.7%。主要毒性反应为白细胞下降占100%,局部静脉炎占14.3%,心脏毒性占32.5%。结论:NE方案治疗晚期乳腺癌有效率高,毒性作用可耐受,可作为晚期乳腺癌的二线治疗方案。

Objective：To observe the domestic Navelbine joint epirubicin the treatment of advanced breast cancer cura- tive effect and toxicity. Methods：NE plan： Navelbine （NVB） 30 mg/m2 1, 8 days, epirubicin （EPI） 50 mg/mz, the first day, 21 days for a cycle, at least 2 cycle. The treatment of advanced breast cancer 42 cases, are all treat cases. Results ：4 cases were complete remission, part of 20 cases of ease, with the total effective rate 64. 7%. Main toxic reaction for leucocyte down 100% , local phlebitis accounted for 14. 3% , heart toxicity accounted for 32. 5%. Conclu- sions：The treatment of advanced breast cancer NE scheme of high efficient, toxic effect can be tolerance, and can be used for the second line advanced breast cancer treatment.
