曲轴孔是发动机缸体上的重要加工部位,其加工质量的好坏直接影响发动机装配精度和整机性能。文中介绍了曲轴孔的技术要求、加工方式、刀具、加工设备和切削参数,并对曲轴孔加工的关键技术进行研究,以提高曲轴孔的加工精度。
The crankshaft holes are the key parts on the engine cylinder block, its machining quality will directly affect the assembly precision and overall performance of the engine. In order to improve the machining precision of the crankshaft holes, the key machining technology for crankshaft holes are researched. The technical requirements, machining methods, cutting tools, machining equipments and cutting parameters, are introduced.
