摘要
根据工业场合中工件剪切装置的控制要求,以GE FANUC RX3i PAC为控制核心,结合传感器技术、气动技术和PAC控制等机电一体化技术,完成了工件剪切系统的研究和设计。基于ME软件平台进行了系统的组态,阐述了系统的工作原理,对系统硬件和软件分别进行了设计。实践表明该系统运行稳定,能够实现对工件的自动剪切。
The GE FANUC RX3i PAC is used as control core based on control requirements of workpiece shearing device of industrial application. The shearing system is studied and designed by using sensor technology, pneumatic technoh)gy and PAC control technology and so on, which are electromechanical integration technology. The system configuration is completed based on ME software platform, the work principle of this system is described in detail, at the same time the hardware and software of this system are designed. The results show that the system can work steadily and the workpiece can be sheared automatically in this system.
