Analysis on the Vocational Education System: A Stakeholder Perspective

摘要 运用利益相关者分析图对中国职业教育分析发现,中国职业教育的利益相关者主要包括政府部门、企业、学校管理者、教师、学生及其家庭、竞争对手、媒体、国际组织等主体。其中,国际组织和媒体属于低利益水平和有限权力的相关者;教师、学生和家庭的权力虽然有限,但其群体权力强大;同类院校会作为竞争对手对职业院校产生影响;政府部门、企业和职业学校管理者是职业教育的重要利益相关者。 Analyzing the vocational education system of China by the stakeholder theory shows that, the main stakehold- ers of Chinese vocational education include the government, enterprise, school managers, teachers, students and their fami- lies, competitors, media and international organization. In which, the international organization and media belong to the stakeholders which have limited power; inspite that the power of teachers, students and their families are limited, their power as a group are great; vocational schools as the competitors will have some impacts on vocational schools of the same type; the government, enterprise and managers of vocational schools are main stakeholders of vocational education.
