摘要
我国现行中等职业学校教师资格制度存在的主要问题是没有充分体现中职教师的职业属性,教育教学能力测试标准未能有效反映中职教师职业活动的内在要求,与高级中学教师资格融通方面不尽合理。借鉴国际职业教育教师资格制度的经验,完善我国中等职业学校教师资格制度要依据职业教育教师的职业属性,制定专门的职业教育教师资格制度;中等职业学校教师资格内容应包括与所教专业相关的行业企业实践经验和具体的职业教育教学能力;高级中学教师资格与中等职业学校教师资格的融通要有前提条件。
The main problems existed in the qualification system of secondary vocational school teachers include: it is not fully reflect the professional attributes of the in-service teachers; teaching ability test standard fails to reflect the inherent requirements of vocational teachers' professional activities; it isn't vary reasonable to integrate with the qualification sys- tem of general high school teachers. Learning from the experience, to improve the teacher qualification system of second- ary vocational schools in China, the suggestions are: based on the professional attributes of vocational education teachers, to develop a dedicated vocational education teacher qualification system; qualifications for teachers of secondary vocational schools should include taught practical experience in related industries and enterprises professional experience and specific vocational education teaching ability; the integration of high school teacher qualifications and secondary vocational school teachers should design prerequisite.
