摘要
连云港经济技术开发区为实现可持续发展,提出建设生态工业园区。文章概述了连云港经开区发展现状,介绍了连云港经开区生态工业园区建设规划总体设计思路和框架,阐述了主导产业生态化建设规划、污染控制及循环化改造规划和基础与辅助设施建设规划,并提出了相关规划实施的一系列保障措施。
To realize sustainable development, it is proposed to construct an eco - industrial park in Lianyungang Eco. ＆ Tech. Development Zone is proposed for the realization of sustainable development. An overview of the development status of LETDZ is provided in this study firstly. The overall design ideas and framework of the construction of LETDZ eco - industrial park are introduced. Also the planning of leading industries ecological construction, pollution control and circular transforma- tion, and basic and auxiliary facilities construction are discussed. Last but not least, several safeguard measures for interrelat- ed planning implementation are proposed.
