摘要
针对动力电池内部结构无法机器检测的问题,提出了一套基于X射线的动力电池质量检测方法;通过X射线数字成像装置采集到动力电池内部结构的图像,并借助自动机械运动装置完成对流水线上不同电池的图像采集,最后通过编写图像处理算法对电池内部图像信息进行处理识别,完成对电池质量的自动检测;该系统已于实际生产单位测试,验证了其可行性。
According to the problems that the cell internal structure can't machine detection, we put forward a set of cell quality detection methods based on X--ray in this paper. We acquired the image of the cell internal structure through the X--ray digital imaging device, and then completed the assembly line different cell images acquisition by means of automatic mechanical movement device. Finally we wrote the image processing algorithms for the cell internal image information processing identification and the completion of cell quality automatic detection. This system has been applied to actual production unit testing, and its feasibility has been verified.
