摘要 建立了婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B2的高效液相色谱快速测定方法。样品用质量分数为3%偏磷酸溶液提取,用高效液相色谱仪(C18柱)分析,流动相为甲醇-H2O(33∶67,体积比),流速1.0 mL/min,荧光检测器激发波长462 nm,发射波长522 nm,维生素B2以保留时间定性,外标法峰面积定量。结果表明,乳粉样品在5~50 mg/kg添加水平范围内,回收率在96.0%~101%之间,相对标准偏差1.14%~6.05%,方法的定量限为0.5 mg/kg。该法简便、准确,适用于乳粉中维生素B2检测。 To develop a high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the rapid determination of vitamin B2 in infant formula. Sample was extracted with 3 % metaphosphate acid solution, the extract was analyzed by Cls column with volume ratio methanol and H20 of 33:67 (V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detected by fluorescence detector with EX A and Em A are 462 nm and 522 nm. Vitamin B2 was afErmed according to retention time, and quantified by peak area with external standard method. The recoveries of the method spiked at 3 levels ( 5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, and 50 mg/kg) were within the range of 96.0% -101%, with R.SDs ranging from 1.14% - 6.05%. The detection limit of the method was 0.5 mg/kg. The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of vitamin B2 in milk powder.
