摘要
目的 探讨补充外源性甲状腺激素对脓毒症大鼠肠粘膜屏障的保护作用。方法 将SD大鼠 30只随机分为 3组 :假手术组、脓毒症组和治疗组。利用盲肠结扎打孔法 (CLP)制作大鼠脓毒症模型 ,通过腹腔注入 10mg/L三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3) 1.5ml/kg体重 ,以纠正脓毒症大鼠的低T3 状态 ,用透射电镜观察肠粘膜机械性屏障的变化。结果 治疗组动物脓毒症表现轻 ,2 4h存活率显著高于脓毒症组 (P <0 .0 5 )。脓毒症组大鼠肠粘膜机械性屏障明显受损 ,而治疗组肠屏障受损程度较轻。结论 补充外源性甲状腺激素可以改善脓毒症预后 ,并且对脓毒症时肠粘膜屏障有明显的保护作用。
Objective\ To investigate the role of exogenous thyroid hormone in the protection of intestinal mucosal barrier of septic rats. Methods\ Septic rat model was established through cecal ligation puncture (CLP) mehtod. Triiodothyronine (T 3) was administered intraperitoneally to correct the low T 3 syndrome of septic rats. Intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier was observed under transmission electron microscopy. Results\ Survival rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the septic group ( P <0.05) . The intestinal mucosal mechanical barriers in the septic rats were severely damaged, but the severity of damage to the barriers in the treatment group was milder. Conclusion\ Thyroid hormone could improve the prognosis of sepsis and might play roles in the protection of intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier.\;
