摘要
系统地研究了荷叶黄酮的提取工艺 ,最终得出以 50 %的乙醇水溶液为溶剂 ,固液比以 1∶2 5和 1∶15分两次浸提 ,沸点回流 3h ,浸出率最高。并初步筛选到吸附率和解吸率较优的 140 0和YPTR - 66大网格树脂为初提纯吸附剂。
The extraction technology for flavonoid in lotus leaf was systematically studied by comparison of three different methods. The highest extraction rate of flavonoids could be obtained with 50% aqueous ethanol refluxing at boiling point,at a ratio of 40 parts of dry leaf to 1 part of solvent.Two models of macro reti cular resins,1400 and YPTR-66,were screened out for their good absorption and desorption quality.
