摘要
纪录片《舌尖上的中国》被认为在展现美食的过程中很好地表现了中国传统文化。笔者运用他者、地方性和仪式化三个术语对其进行文化解读,指出它具备他者的视角、对地方性知识的关注和仪式化的呈现三个方面的特点。他者是对美食文化传统的认识,更是对美食现状的反思;地方性知识突出食物产生的独特性;仪式化的呈现说明了美食的神圣性与世俗性。
The documentary A bite of China is assumed to successfully present the traditional Chinese culture through the exhibition of dish making. This paper makes a cultural interpretation of the documentary A bite of China by using the three key terms: the other, locality and ritualization. The documentary has three inherent features: it displays the traditional Chinese culture through the perspective of the Other, concerns about the locality of food cul- ture, and fitualizes its culture. The Other provides a good perspective of a understanding to traditional Chinese food culture and well reflects the current food culture in China; the locality of food knowledge highlights the uniqueness of the Chinese food; the presentation of ritualization describes the sacredness and secularity of food.
