摘要
目的:建立一个稳定可靠的方法来测定秦归活络颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法:本实验采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱:YMCC18(4.6mm×150nm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15:85);流速为:1.0ml/min;检测波长为230nm,进样量为10μl。结果:芍药苷的保留时间为8.7分钟,在20.2μg/ml-101.0μg/ml范围内有良好的线性(r=0.99998,n=5);芍药苷的回收率为104.0%,RSD=0.7%(n=6);供试品放置24小时内稳定,RSD=0.61%(n=5)。结论:本方法测定结果准确,操作简便,重现性好,可用于秦归活络颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定。
Objective:To determine the concentration of paeoniflorin in Qinguihuoluo Granules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detector. Methods:Internal standard method was used. The determination of paeoniflorin was carried out by YMC C18(4.6mm × 150nm,5μm) column with CH3CN -0. 1%H3PO4(15:85)as the mobile phase;the speed was 1.0ml/min;the detector wave length was 230nm;and the sample volume was 10μL Results:The Retention time of paeoni- florin was 8. 7 minute, and calibration curve for paeoniflorin was liner in the range of 20. 2μg/ml - 101.01a, g/ml ( r = 0. 99998,n =5). the recovery rate of paeoniflorin was 104.0% ,RSD =0. 7%. And the drug was stable in 24 hours,RSD = 0. 61%. Conclusion :This method was accurate for the determination of paeoniflorin in Qinguihuoluo Granules.
