大马士革玫瑰茎叶水浸液对几种植物种子的化感作用 被引量:1

摘要 应用培养皿生物测定方法研究了大马士革玫瑰茎、叶水浸液对几种牧草、粮食作物和蔬菜种子的化感作用。结果表明,大马士革玫瑰茎、叶水浸液对小麦和萝卜种子的萌发生长表现为"低浓度促进,高浓度抑制"的双重浓度效应;对牧草沙打旺、利维亚、高粱、油菜种子的萌发生长主要表现为化感抑制作用,随着水浸液浓度的增加抑制作用增强。油菜种子对水浸液最为敏感,受到的化感抑制作用最强;高粱种子对水浸液的耐受性较好,抗性较强。大马士革玫瑰茎、叶组织对各种受体种子萌发与生长的化感效应的规律相同,但叶水浸液的化感作用明显大于茎水浸液。 The effects of aqueous extract from the Damascus rose stem and leaf on seed germination of some grass, food crops and vegetables seed were researched by Petri dish bioassay method. The results showed that R. darrucus stem and leaf's aqueous extract had double concentration effect on seed germination of wheat and radish, which was "low concentration to promote, high concentration to suppress". Seed germination of Astragalus adsurgens Pall, Livia, Sorghum, Brassica campestris L. was inhibited by aqueous extracts from the R. d(~na^cus stem and leaf. When the concentration of aqueous extracts was higher, the inhibition on vegetable seed germination was stronger. For the allelopathical sensitivity, rape was the most sensitive one and had the strongest inhibitory effect, while sorghum had better tolerance and stronger resistance to aqueous extract. The germination and growth of all sorts of receptor seed were following the same principle to R. damascus stem and leaf tissue, but the ailelopathy of leaf water extract was higher than that of the stem water immersion.
