摘要
研究三个不同藜豆品种对NaCl胁迫的响应,筛选耐盐能力强的品种。在种子萌发时用不同浓度NaC1溶液胁迫处理,测量发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数及子叶期幼苗的生长指标和根系活力。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,三个品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和种子活力均随NaCl浓度增加呈下降趋势;种子萌发受抑制的NaCl最低浓度因品种不同而异,东兰花籽高于富川白籽,富川白籽高于东兰灰籽。幼苗生长对NaCl胁迫较种子萌发敏感,在NaCl浓度大于30 mmol·L-1时,三个品种的幼苗生长均受到抑制,NaCl浓度越高藜豆幼苗生长受抑制程度越强;幼苗根系活力均随NaCl浓度增加呈先上升后下降趋势,且在相同浓度NaCl胁迫下,东兰花籽幼苗根系的活力高于其他两个品种,表明东兰花籽较东兰灰籽和富川白籽藜豆耐盐性强。
Abstract: To study the effects of NaCI stress on germination and seedling growth of different velvet bean (Stizolobium capitatum) strains and to select salt tolerance strains. To treat the seeds with different concentrations of NaCI solution during germination and to measure germination rate, germina- tion energy, germinating index, vitality index, seedling growth index and root vigor. The results showed that under NaCI stress, the germination rate, germination energy, germination index and seed vigor in the three strains were all decreased with increasing concentrations of NaCI. The minimum concentra- tions for depressing seedling germination were different with different strains with the highest minimum concentration for Donglan figured seeds and the lowest minimum concentration for Fuchuan white seeds. Seedling growth was more sensitive to NaCI stress than seedling germination, but seedling growth was depressed when NaCI concentration was more than 30 mmol· L^-1 in all the three strains. Root vigor increased with increasing concentrations in suitable ranges, but decreased with further increasing concentrations. It concluded that Donglan figured velvet bean was more tolerant to salt than Donglan grey velvet bean and Fuchuan white velvet bean.
