土洞及岩溶地基处理方案的应用研究

Applied Research of Treatment Program for Soil Cave and Karst Ground

通过复杂岩溶地区某公寓楼桩基工程实例分析,提出了利用冲击成孔灌注桩及高压旋喷注浆处理土洞及岩溶裂隙破碎带周边软-可塑粉质黏土层,及归纳总结了用冲击成孔灌注桩处理土洞的优点和施工中需要注意的问题。工程实际运用效果良好,为类似工程提供了参考。

Basing on a pile foundation engineering example of an apartment in the region o fcomplex karst foundation, a new method is applied with impact pore-forming pouring pile and high pressure jet grouting in solving the surrounding soft-plastic silty clay layer of soil hole and karst fissure fracture zone, and summarizing the advantages of impact pore-forming pouring pile in processing soil hole and problems in construction should be noticed. The engineering practice application effect is good, and provides the reference for the similar engineering.
