Design of Colored Fruit Picking Manipulator

介绍了一种有色果实采摘机械手的设计。该系统以ATMEGA128为主控制芯片,用TCS230颜色传感器识别有色物体。用3个直流电机和3个步进电机作为各个机械部分的动力,控制机械手摘取物体。实验表明,抓取物体的成功率达到了95%以上。

This paper introduces a kind of picking colored fruit manipulator. The picking manipulator is controlled by theATMEGA128, which recognizes the sensor objects with TCS230 color sensors. The driving force of the mechanical parts of the manipulator is three dc motor and three step motor, the performance test on the whole machine was done on the picking manipulator system, which shows that the success ratio of picking is 95 %.
