摘要
隐性知识的社会化是知识共享与知识创新的关键,在组织内广泛存在着内隐的隐性知识,如何有序、高效地实现隐性知识的应用成为组织关注的问题。文章指出,隐性知识是依存于知识主体而存在的,为了实现隐性知识价值最大化释放的目标,应在组织内部兼顾组织业务流程与隐性知识主体的知识创造过程建立隐性知识地图,该知识地图以知识主题为中心形成隐性知识主体之间的社会关系网络,并由隐性知识的拥有者和使用者之间的互动不断改变着知识容量,推动知识地图的良性发展。同时,隐性知识地图具有规避知识外溢、培育学习型组织、培养知识创新氛围等功能。
The socialization of tacit knowledge is key to knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. The implicit tacit knowledge exists widely in organizations, and the orderly and efficient use of it becomes a key issue for the organizations. The article points out that the existing of tacit knowledge depends on the body of knowledge, and in order to achieve the target value of tacit knowledge and to maximize the release of it, a tacit knowledge map should be established in the process of business and the process of creation for implicit knowledge body. The knowledge map takes the knowledge theme as the center to form a social network of relationships among the main body of tacit knowledge, and the interaction between the owners and users of the tacit knowledge constantly changes knowledge capacity to promote the sound development of the knowledge map. At the same time, the map has the functions of avoiding knowledge spillovers, nurturing learning organization, culture and knowledge innovation atmosphere.
