摘要
本文从信息化条件下制造业企业工艺创新组织演进基础——关键资源、演进能力、动态能力和演进机会以及任务环境变化三个方面入手,构建信息化条件下制造业企业工艺创新组织演进影响因素模型。采用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、结构方程模型分析和层次回归分析,对信息化条件下工艺创新组织演进的影响因素进行了识别和验证。研究结果表明,关键资源对动态能力起正向的促进作用,关键资源和动态能力对工艺创新组织演进起正向的促进作用,任务环境变化对工艺创新组织演进不具有直接的正向促进作用,而是通过动态能力这一中介变量,对工艺创新组织演进起正向的促进作用。
Process innovation organization is the system composed of human and material resources which manages process innovation information. The function of process innovation organization lies in the effective integration of internal and external resources in order to achieve the new or significantly improved in the production process or product delivery process. However, with the continuous development of information, the traditional process organization can't adapt to the rapid change of external environment brought by informationization. Consequently, evolution becomes the necessary survival rule of process innovation organization. Discovering and exploring the rule and critical factors of process innovation organizational evolution will clear the key to manage process innovation organization to some extent ,which has important reference meanings in implementing process innovation organizational change in a planned way Based on the review of the previous studies on the critical factors of process innovation organizational evolution, from the point of evolution resource base--critical resources, evolution ability--dynamic capabilities and evolu- tion opportunity--task environmental change in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition, this paper constructs a model of critical factors of organizational evolution, which is examined using the data from 241 man- ufacturing enterprises in China. Use Amos7.0 and SPSS 18.0 software for exploratory analysis and confirmatory analysis, which identifies the critical factors of organizational evolution and examines the relationship between critical resources, dynamic capabilities, task environmental change and organizational evolution. The results indicate that process innovation organizational evolution is affected by critical resources, dynamic capabilities and task environ- mental change. More specifically, firstly, process innovation organizational evolution resources base depends on criti- cal resources, including entrepreneurs' characteristics, process innovation team characteristics, network relationship and process innovation technical resources. Secondly, dynamic capabilities that can adapt to dynamic environment under the information condition determines the speed, way and boundary of organizational evolution, including organ- ization sense ability, flexible decision-making ability ganization learning ability. Thirdly, task environment the opportunity for process innovation organizational and technical uncertainty. , resource integration ability, resource replacement ability, orchange brought by the development of informatization provides evolution, including competitive strength, customer dynamics Furthermore, critical resources, dynamic capabilities and task environmental change have different pathway on process innovation organizational evolution. Critical resources improve dynamic capabilities, critical resources and dynamic capabilities improve process innovation organizational evolution, while there is no relationship between task environmental change and process innovation organizational evolution. Future explorations reveal that dynamic capabilities mediating positively relationship between task environmental change and process innovation organizational evolution. In the process of the exploitation of information resources and the application of information technology, when task environment changes such as the diversity of market demand and informationization of technical environment, process innovation organizational evolution won' t happen spontaneous. Therefore, it needs to promote dynamic capabilities to guide organizational evolution, and give full play to the role of critical resources, which will promote process innovation organizational evolution effectively.
