摘要
采用A/O+BAF工艺处理包头煤化工项目的生产废水。运行结果表明:当综合进水COD和NH3-N浓度分别为800~1 800 mg/L和150~250 mg/L时,对COD和NH3-N的去除率分别在92%和95%以上,出水水质稳定达到《污水再生利用工程设计规范》(GB 50335—2002)规定的再生水用作冷却水的水质标准(pH值为6.5~9,COD≤60 mg/L,BOD5≤10 mg/L,NH3-N≤10 mg/L)。该工艺系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强,处理成本低,为煤化工废水处理提供了解决思路。
A/O + BAF process was used to treat coal chemical wastewater. The operation results showed that when the influent concentrations of COD and NH3 - N were in the range of 800 to 1 800 mg/L and 150 to 250 mg/L, respectively, the removal rates of COD and NH3 - N were higher than 92% and 95 % , respectively. The effluent quality could meet the reclaimed water criteria used as cooling water in Code for Design of Wastewater Reclamation and Reuse ( GB 50335 - 2002), such as pH 6.5 to 9, COD ≤ 60 mg/L, BOD5 ≤10 mg/L and NH3 -N≤ 10 mg/L. The system has stable operation, high resist- ance to shock loading and low treatment cost.
