摘要 大型零部件是清洁能源(如核电、水电)、石油化工以及交通运输等行业极为重要的核心部件.随着国家经济的发展,对大型零部件的需求与日俱增.因此,实现大型零部件的全部国产化是提升国家装备水平的重要保障.但是,大型零部件的加工技术,特别是刀具技术一直是制约大型零部件国产化发展的主要因素之一.本文从大型零部件材料及其特性、大型零部件加工技术及重型切削技术现状等几方面进行探讨,分析刀具技术在大型零部件切削加工中的重要地位,并提出重型切削刀具技术解决方案及展望,以期为实现大型零部件及其加工刀具高度国产化目标提供参考. Huge parts are very important core parts of clean energy ( such as nuclear power, hydropower), petrochemistry, transportation and other industry. With the country' s economy developing, the need of huge parts is increasing day by day. So, realizing huge parts all homemade is the important guarantee of improving country' s equipment level. But the machining technology of huge parts, especially the tool technology, is always one of the important reasons of restricting huge parts to be homemade. This article discusses from the sight of states of huge parts materials, its characteristics, its machining technology and heavy cutting technology, and analyze the importance of tool technology of cutting huge parts, and propose a solution plan and a future trend of heavy tool technology to provide reference to the target of realizing huge parts and its cutting tool high homemade.
