超声醇溶-紫外分光光度法测定不同产地三七花中总黄酮含量 被引量:9

摘要 对不同产地三七花中总黄酮的含量进行了分析。以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度计在508 nm处测定三七花中总黄酮的含量。在单因素实验基础上,最终选择乙醇体积分数为60%、料液比为1∶25、超声时间1h为适宜提取工艺;并以此法对三七花中总黄酮的含量进行比较,显示不同产地的三七花总黄酮含量最高为0.73%,含量最低为0.43%。 A comparative analysis of the total flavones content in Panax notoginseng flowers from different areas was performed.The total flavones content in Panax notoginseng flowers was determined at 508nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometric with rutin as the reference substance.Based on the experiment of single factor,the optimum extraction conditions were as follow: ethanol concentration 60%,ratio of liquid to solid 1:25,extraction time 1h.Total flavones in Panax notoginseng flowers from different areas were compared and highest content was 0.73%,the lowest was only 0.43%.The repetition,stability and precision of the method in analyzing the total flavones content are promising.The method can be used to control the quality of Panax notoginseng flowers.
