2010—2011年猪场中猪源新型甲型流感病毒流行情况调查 被引量:1

摘要 为深入了解猪源新型甲型流感病毒的流行情况,本研究对山东省9个地市40个猪场进行了猪源新型甲型流感病毒的感染情况调查。在养猪场采集有流感症状猪的血液样品(263份)和鼻咽拭子(235份),分别用HI试验来检测血清抗体滴度和荧光定量PCR技术检测鼻咽拭子中的流感病毒的含量。结果表明,血清阳性率为23.07%~63.33%,总阳性率为41.6%;荧光定量PCR检测鼻咽拭子阳性率为10.0%~64.28%,总阳性率为30.63%。这为了解山东省猪源新型甲型流感病毒的发生和分布,并采取相应的公共卫生措施提供了依据。 To better understand,we investigated the SO(H1N1) IV in 40 pig farms from 9 cities in Shandong province.Serum samples(263) and nasal swabs(235) from pigs with flu-like symptoms were collected,respectively.The positive rates of nasal swabs and blood samples were measured using Real-time PCR and HI-test,respectively.Results demonstrated that,the positive rates of serum samples were 23.07% to 63.33%,accounting for 30.63%;the positive rates of nasal swabs were 10.0% to 64.28%,accounting for 30.63%.This result provided the basis to understand the SO(H1N1) IV distribution in Shandong province.
