摘要
本文介绍了低活度料位控制仪的工作原理、技术特点,阐述了低活度料位控制仪在水泥机械立窑出料装置中非接触可靠控制的应用。通过对比两种料位控制仪所用探测器件的探测性能,低活度料位控制仪选用高灵敏度探测器件,能够大大降低放射源活度,减少现场工作人员的辐射剂量。
This paper introduces the working principle of low activity material, control instrument technical features, expounds the low activity level control instrument in the cement mechanized shaft kiln using non-contact and reliable control of the feeding device. Through the detection of the properties of two kinds of material level control instrument for detecting device, low activity level control instrument with high sensitivity detection device, can greatly reduce the activity of radiation source, to reduce the radiation dose field staff.
