光固化机的类型与照射距离对树脂的细胞毒性的影响

摘要 目的比较三种不同类型光固化机在不同距离对Z350复合树脂(A2)的细胞毒性。方法使用不同类型的光固化机以不同光照距离对Z350复合树脂(A2)照射后,将人牙髓成纤维细胞(HDPF)在树脂浸渍液中进行培养72h,用MTT比色法测定HDPF的增值率。结果光照距离为2mm时,人牙髓成纤维细胞存活率明显高于距离为5mm时,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用不同类型的光固化机时,树脂对细胞毒性的影响,不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论光固化机的类型对树脂的细胞毒性影响较小,但为了使树脂达到良好的生物相容性,应尽可能地减小光照距离。 【Objective】The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of light curing distance on the cytotoxicity of FiltekTM Z350 resin composite(A2) cured with three different kind of light curing units.【Methods】Impregnation liquor of Z350 resin composite(A2) cultured with human dental pulp fibroblasts(HDPF),after which was cured under different kind of light curing units at different distance.The proliferation rate of HDPF was investigated with MTT assay.【Resluts】Statistically significant cytotoxic effects on human dental pulp fibroblasts showed in different curing distance(P0.05),which didn't show in different type of light curing units(P0.05).【Conclusion】The results of this study suggest that the light curing units had less cytotoxic effect on cytotoxity and the restoration surface should be as close as possible in order to achieve maximal biocompatibility.
