摘要
对集装箱板在轧制过程中出现的翘皮问题进行电镜扫描及能谱分析,认为翘皮的产生是由于冶炼时保护渣未处理干净,同时由于加热或轧制时局部高温,产生氧化,在较浅的表面区域形成氧化物,当夹杂物较多且体积较大时,由于夹杂物距离表面较浅,经过多道次轧制后夹杂物从表面溢出,从而带动附近金属撕裂形成翘皮。
The wrapping problem occurring in the rolling process was inspected by SEM(scanning electron microscope) and energy spectrum analysis.It is considered that wrapping is caused by unclean mould power in the process of iron-making.And because of part high temperature while heating and rolling,oxidation is generated and oxidation will be formed in the shallow surface area;when there is more inclusion and the volume is larger,because the distance from the surface of shallow inclusion is shallower,inclusion will overflow after multi-pass rolling and tear the near metal and wrapping is formed.
