摘要 蝴蝶效应(Butterfly Effect)是混沌理论的核心概念,反映了混沌系统对其初始条件的异常敏感性,以至于最初状态的轻微变化导致不成比例的巨大后果。澳大利亚的学者将职业选择与发展过程中偶然、突变等复杂性问题融入到职业生涯教育的活动中,构建了内在融合、灵活应对的蝴蝶模型,促进学生积极做好职业准备,发展应对意外事件的能力。 The Butterfly Effect is the core concept of chaos theory,reflecting the abnormal sensitivity of the chaotic system to its initial conditions that slight changes in initial state can lead to disproportionate huge consequences. Australian scholars put the chance,mutations and other complex issues of career choice and development process into the activities of the career education,to build an inner integrated and flexible response butterfly model,aiming at facilitating students to actively make preparation for their career, and develop the ability to deal with unforeseen incidents.
